Anyone heading up to Dallas for the New Texas Giant ERT session this Sunday from Houston?

If you are I wouldn't mind taking on some passengers to cut down on gas costs.

It was a great event. They had all three trains running during ERT so you can try every seat with no wait. I rode about 20 times in a row and had to stop. I ate a little too much prior to ERT and was feeling a little queasy. (beaver nuggets, ICEE, Beef Jerky, In-N-Oout Double Double, Popcorn, and way too many cokes.)

One person did get sick in the Chicken Coop though.

They were doing door prize drawing during ERT and calling out the numbers as the train entered the station.

The long drive back to Houston afterwards was a bit tiring. I just have to get through work today without passing out.

We were there Friday and Saturday. Friday was great as the park was not crowded due to the World Series. Saturday was a different story though. I gotta say the new Texas Giant is spectacular! So much air-time and smooth - even the first drop has you rising out of the seat.

Couldn't believe they did not remove a train; there was only 20 people there! ERT at it's finest really, especially if you like the most popular seats. I rode in my favorite row (back) at least 6 times in a row without ever having to get up.
