How is Night time ride? Can you Ride in 1 seat? or do you have to ride 2 in a Seat? What the Rule on that part??

Yes you can ride 1 per a row. Each row contains two individual seats.

It's probably the stadium seating. Raising the center of gravity for the rider even a few inches will change the heartline path for the rider as well. You'll feel it particularly during twist-n-drop maneuvers like the exit from the second overbanked turn.
