For those of you that have always thought about attending Fiesta Fest but never have, here's something to think about for next year:
This was what we were fed:
Lunch Menu
Caesar Salad
Fettucini Pasta with Grilled Chicken Breast
Roasted Pepper Pesto
Steamed Green Beans
Grilled carrots
Rolls
Amaretto Almond cheesecake
Dinner Menu
Tomato Salad (pear, cherry, green and roma)
Pork Cutlet with a onion and port- demiglaze
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Steamed Broccoli florets
Squash haystacks with bell pepppers
Wheat Rolls
Warm Walnut Brownie with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Pictures from the event are at:

The schedule change from May to Oct seems to have worked out well as we had a record number of attendees (126) and a record number of out of state attendees (people from 16 states attended). _________________ Jason |

Fiesta Fest was great!!! I can't wait for next year's event. The Fiesta Texas staff went above and beyond to show off their awesome park. |
