I guess either they bought the rides or worked out a deal with the city.

Dear Six Flags,

There is an entire part of the country you abandoned.

Love,

The Gulf Coast

Well said, Mike. It is sad but true.

Talk is a deal was struck with the city. Who knows... At this point, my only hope is that MegaZeph will be spared.

I hate to see the fate of SFNO turn out to be what it is. Just a shame the execs at the time were too stupid to realize loosing two parks shouldnt have been an option. SFNO would have never been the same even as small as the park was to begin with had it re-opened, but being so cash strapped the park is now just a gold mine of cheap rides for Six Flags.

What happens when they run out of salvagable flats and coasters?

I wish I could go in the park and take pictures and see it in person.

It has got to be a sight to see.

its a shame but its the truth, nothing you can do about it, but that city doesn't take care of anything, it was racist, crimeridden, and just not the place people make it out to be, truth is they should have closed SFNO, and not astroworld, cause anyone with a brain can tell you how well that ended up, millions for a grass parking lot
